Powerpoint 2007 and PresenterNet

Can someone tell me if PowerPoint 2007 has dramatic changes that may
not make it compatible with Presenternet online presentation system?

The link on the site to "PowerPoint and more" doesn't explain anything about
how PPT files are handled, so it's hard to guess what might happen with files
from the new version of Office.
