Powerpoint 2003 inability to edit

For ppt presentations previously edited on older versions
of ppt, I am unable to edit due to "read-only embedded
font". There was no problem editing on ppt 2000, or other
versions, but ppt 2003 won't allow editing, saving,
copy/paste options. Recent update did not correct this.

You can thank MS legal for this one. I'm afraid the only solution is to open
the file in an earlier version of PPT, use Format/Replace Fonts to change to
a more standard font, resave, then open in PPT 2003.
