PowerPoint 2003: How to Customize Error Bars

I need to use error bars with a bar graph.
Each data point must have it's own error scale (ie. an error of +- 5 for the
first data point and +-3 for the second). It seems that I am required to use
the same error for all data points - is there any way around this, other than
manually drawing them in?

You have to do it in Excel, where you can select a range for the error bars.

You can fake it in PPT using Hi/Lo graphs, but it's really better to just
use Excel.
