Powerpoint 2002 slide show problems

In Powerpoint 2002, when i click on the little button in th ebottom Left
corner to view current presentation as slide-show, a new window opens and
powerpoint 'hangs'. Can only close by clicking the 'x' on the top right hand
side then. does anyone know how to fix

Hi,

a couple of things to try. First go to the Help menu and go for "Check for
Updates", while connected to the internet. That should get you the latest
Service Packs. It may fix the problem. Also check video drivers.
