Hello folks!

Can anyone explain how to invert a pyramid diagram in
powerpoint so that the apex is at the bottom of the
diagram?

Thanks!

Hello Jimbo,

Office does not have the built-in capability to flip or rotate the diagram
canvas. The workaround would be to convert the canvas into a metafile and
then rotate that:

1) Make all changes/edit to diagram (in your case the pyramid diagram)
2) Select diagram (click on canvas border)
3) Edit -> Cut
4) Edit -> Paste Special... -> Picture (Enhance Metafile)
5) Rotate the metafile.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) feel strongly that Office
should allow rotation of diagrams (or any other diagramming features),
don't forget to send your feedback to Microsoft at:

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also why it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions).
