Powering on my ATX?

The BIOS in my ATX says:
Computer 3: BIOS > Power Management Setup

ACPI Suspend Type [S1(POS)]*
Power LED in S1 state [Blinking]
Soft-Off by PWRBTN [Instant-Off]
AC BACK Function [Soft-Off]
Keyboard Power On [Disabled]
Mouse Power On [Disabled]
PME Event Wake Up [Enabled]
ModemRingOn/WakeOnLan [Enabled]
Resume by Alarm [Disabled]
________

I want to set the machine so that when it receives power from my
console it comes on without my having to press the on button on the
case. I have done that before, and I like it. Do I change one of the
above settings? Or is there another one somewhere?

Thanks

Does it have "Restore on AC power loss" setting ?
Maybe the "AC BACK" has some options ?

It would help if we knew which motherboard :)

Computer 3 has a Gigabyte GA-7VAX motherboard

Options are:
Soft-Off: Always in off state when AC back
Full-On: Always power on system when AC back
Memory: System power on depends on the status before AC lost
