I need Power Users group in order to let the program written by programmers
in my company run smoothly. However, this group isn't there anymore in AD. I
cannot grant Adminstrative rights to all users, even this solves the
problem.

Is there any workaround?

Thanks....

Power users group not in active directory it be in the local admin group on server.

Mac,

I am sure that this is just a syntax thing, but the Power Users groups is
not a member of the local Administrators group. It is its own local Group.

The only thing that instantly springs to mind is to add the global group that these developers are in, into the local power users group.

If you need to do this accross the entire domain, I believe it can be done through a GPO.

After all, what is the Domain Admins group other than a group that is added to the local administrator account on every member of the domain?
