Is there any Power Tools for like like the ones MS put out for 98 /
XP??

You could try a program called TweakVi.

It has a commercial side to it though, though most of the good tweaks you
can get to using the free versions.

As always, it offers to backup your settings/registry, its advised you do
that incase problems arise.
