I had my computer plugged into a regular outlet and we lost power. Now when
I turn my computer on, a small box appears next to the "start" menu button
that looks similar to what a power surge graphic would look like (^^^^^) and
it takes about 4-5 minutes now for all my programs to load. Anyone know how
to fix this?
