Power Schemes

I am running XP professional. I had my laptop on a domain enviroment and
recently changed it to a workgroup. Ever since i have done this I have had
problems with the power scheme. I will set it to the scheme i want but once
the computer hibernates or resarts it sets the scheme back to the powersuite
scheme. It is very frustrating can anyone help???

Hi,

This might be of some help. Download and run the following edit:

Restore power schemes/configurations (line 204, right column)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

This edit will restore all your power schemes to the default ones. Thereafter you can try to
configure the power schemes again.
