Power profiles

We need to set the power settings on our school laptops universally. We
cannot add all the students to each machine as a user, and if we set the
options under the local admin account, it does nothing for the general domain
users. the laptops are going to sleep in the middle of their class! Anyone
know how I can do this - is there something I can do in GP on the domain
controllers?
