Well, for one thing, ask in the appropriate newsgroup - either one of the
PowerPoint newsgroups, or one for your email software. This newsgroup is for a
different program, Microsoft Access.
You might try Zipping the ppt file (and the linked notes, if they're external)
- but try the Powerpoint group (scroll down the list of subject areas on the
somewhat confusing webpage).
