Power point printing

In printing to grayscale on a color printer, the white text which is on
colored background in the slide, prints out as black text on gray background.
How can the text be printed white, as it is in the slide?
 
If you use greyscale from ppt this is what you get!

You can probably print "colour" but set the PRINTER to use greyscale which
may give you what you want.
