power point - package for cd

I just started receiving the following error message when packaging my
presentation as a CD.

The file cannot be copied vecause no recording device was found.
Make sure a CD recorder is installed on your computer.

Dell had me purchase another RWD - DVD which has been installed, but the I
still get the same message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nicki

Try using the package to folder option instead then burning the contents of
the folder to a CD using your burning software (some will have come
pre-installed).
