Power Point Compression with audio for e-mail

I can't seem to find a way to compress a power point file for e-mailing. Do
you have a way to address this issue? Also, I would like Power Point to
launch as soon as the recipient opens the e-mail without clicking on the
attachment. Can this be done in Power Point or do I need some other program?

Where do I download Power Point reader for individuals that do not have
power point?
