Power point can not play video clip from a FUJI FinePix S3100

I can not play a video clip in power point that was generated from a FUJI
FINEPIX S3100 digital camera. It plays fine in MEDIA player. However, in
Power Point, it turns black

The FINEPIX uses a codec that is not available or compatible with the
Windows MCI Player (used internally in PowerPoint instead of WMP.) I'd
suggest converting it to a more standard Windows media format. Our add in,
