Power Options query

Victor,

I'm not sure what is the question.

1. Do you want to turn off minlogon based XPe using power button?
2. Do you want to powerdown device programmatically?

Hi,

Not sure if this was posted before... can't find the post though. So here it
is.
Is the "Power Buttons" options really none existent via
"Control Panel -> Power Options -> Advanced" tab for XPE/XPPro? Or this
feature hardware dependent, and is only visible if XPE/Pro detect that the
hardware supports such fearture? What should I do if I need to to have my
XPE-based device to automatically shutdown/turn off ATX p.supply when
shutdown is executed?

TIA - Vic

Actually, both 1 and 2 are my requirements. For (1), we have a Power
Monitoring
software that runs on background, and takes care of XPE shutdown sequence
upon
detection of an AC power interuption (press of physical OFF button or actual
power
severity/interruption). All I needed actually, was to have XPE perform
shutdown
sequence w/o the "you may now safely turn off your computer" message. I was
able
to have this by adding other power-related components that I missed on my
previous
build. I was just too quick on posting queries ). Anyways, thanks!

Regards - Vic
