Power management bug

My hardware does not work with SP2 and the power management features such as
suspend, hibernate. It works in SP1, but in all versions of SP2 (betas, RTM)
the system restarts instead of recovering from the low power mode. It works
fine on my other machine. I have done clean installs with formatting, so
there are no issues there, and I have flashed BIOS etc. My motherboard is a
Soltek 75-FRN2-RL, and the event viewer tells me (Event ID 1003) "Error code
0000007a, parameter1 c03e102c, parameter2 c000000e, parameter3 f840bdad,
parameter4 10874860." Does anyone else have this issue with a Soltek board? I
know some Laptop computers have the same problem. Are there
hotfixes/workarounds?
