On every website I go, I get the following warning.
POTENTAIL FRAUD WARNING - (then it gives an IP Address )- uses a numerical
IP address which may belong to a fraudulent website.
If you believe the website to be OK, click continue anyway.
How can every single website be fraudulent and what do I do to get rid of
this warning.

In MeMa had this to say:

It sounds like you installed some sort of phishing prevention toolbar or
application. How can you get rid of it? Uninstall it... Without knowing what
it is I can't really help you much.
