Posts don't show

I have been having problems posting.
I don't know what is wrong. Nothing shows up on my screen for the news group I post to. I posted a
message with the Subject "Taskbar" to General news group. Nothing shows on my screen that the post was
received or replied to. Do you have a posting with the subject "Taskbar" from Daj ?
And if so why is it not showing up on my screen? Also where did my "Taskbar" post go to? Sure could
use your help. I am lost without being able to communicate with news groups.
Thanks,
Daj

It's there. Check your settings under View>Current View. Show all

Hi
I have an icon on my taskbar that looks like the old desk lamps with
the green shield, when I move my
mouse over it a message says "Safely remove hardware." When I right
click on it, the same message
shows up, no normal window that you get when you right click. That's
it. Does anyone know what this
is? I have never clicked on it for fear it would do something bad. I
searched WE for the message got
nothing. I am getting ready to update all my files and drivers so I
can install SP-2. But instructions
at Sony say to clear all icons on the taskbar. Will appreciate any
help you can give. Win XP Home,
Tower, Sony Vaio. Just want to get rid of it.
Thanks,
Daj

Thanks, But both were selected. I checked "Show replies to my messages" and they were there. I then
unchecked that and my posts and replies showed up. Thanks.

Ya I see it in the screen shot, but both "Show all messages and Show all group messages are checked"
in View. I clicked on "Show all replies" and the post showed up. I then unchecked it and my posts were
all there! Weird!!
Thanks,
Daj

Try View/Current View/ Show replies to my messages and then check all ms
newsgropus that you subscribed at - the ones in OE Folders Pane. You might
have posted to anothe group, and it is easier to check this way.
Also, check the sent mail folder to see if the message was sent - I assume
you have the feature enabled.
