Posting problems in Outlook Express!

Hi. Recently I am having problems posting news messages with outlook
express, including msnews.microsoft.com! I keep sending my messages but they
never seem to get posted even after sending the same message mulitple times.
I also click F5(refresh) to make sure!

A while back I had some spware problems and I may have inadervantly deleted
some crucial system files but I re-installed windows xp so there shouldn't be
any problems!
 
Hi ... In your mail account under "Server" Do you have the " My Server
requires authentication " check ? It just might be that as the problem
