Posting error in Mail

I cannot post messages to groups with Windows Mail. Outlook Express (inVirtual PC) works correctly.
I get an error message - which I will post immediately if post fails again.

If the message is received correctly this time, please disregard.
 
Yeah, those cable providers like your Videotron can be really flaky.

It worked this time, so I assume the problem was with my Internet provider.
