When I post appointments on other calendars, from April 4 on, they show up an
hour later. For example, I sent an appointment for 8:00-8:30 and it posted
on the users calendar for 9:00-9:30. When I view calnedars from April 4th
on, with appointments already posted, all appointments look like they begin
an hour earlier than they really exist on the calendars.

Check your Daylight Savings Time settings in Outlook and Windows Control
Panel. Be sure they match.

I am having this same problem, desperate for help. To have my appts appear
at the correct time I have to have the time on the computer the wrong time.
Meaning if I take off the daylight savings time off both Windows xp and
outlook then my appts are at the correct time but my computer says an hour
earlier and vice versa.

SAme problem here on a few madchines only and for recurring appointments
only. The problem goes away first week in April, the end of DST historically.

That means the time zone updates that changed the DST date to the second
Sunday of March were not applied to one of the systems in the mix, most likely
the one where Outlook is running.
