Where can I get this Hitfix I need it for Windows XP, Windows Server 2000 and
2003.
All for Framework 1.1

If it's a bug, you get a patch for free. You only have to pay if what
you want is not a bugfix but a feature/change. So call PSS and ask for
the fix.
