post card printing in word beta

Help please
My design for the rear of a post card appears fine on print preveiw but
when printed out the text to the right has the firstletter in each line
missing and on the other side the items are 25mm from the edge.
 
Hi

It's probably a printer driver issue. Go to the website of your printer
manufacturer and see if they have an updated printer driver available.
