Post Build Events

Is it possible to create a post build event for a web application in Visual
Studio.NET 2003? I've seen this option available for a Windows application.
 
I ended up creating a Visual Studio.Net Add-in for this. The add-in contains
a method in the Connect class that handles the OnBuildDone event.
