Possible Worm eating CPU usage

I'm a soldier in the Army in Korea.. My problem is my XP
system is severly lagging, and has all the symptoms of
the Blaster Worm. However after many hours of checking,
My pc does not have it. In addition to the symptoms of
the Blaster i.e. Windows automaticlally shuts down when I
have my LAN plugged in at startup. My cpu also reports
100% usage all the time.
