Possible Virus

I am having trouble trying to boot my Dell Server. We are
currently running Microsoft 2000 Small Business. My ISP
informed us that our exchange server was send spam mail. I
tried to re-boot the server and now the server will not
boot.

ANy Help
 
Can you boot in safe mode? What happens when you try to boot the system?

Try booting from a CD and then run your anti-virus soft ware from its CD.
