Possible Virus? Error Messagge "Error in Windows Registry..."

I'm wondering if someone has encountered the same problem. Although I've
scanned my system several times with different anti-virus programs that says
the system is clean I'm getting a pop-up window that states "From: Current
To: Error Errorin Windows Reigstry".. then towards the bottom it gives a web
site address at the bottom.

Has anyone else run into this problem and if so, how did you get rid of it?
As I said, I've scanned my system several times and it's coming up clean.

Make sure a firewall is turned on. And you need to disable or remove the
Messenger service.
