Possible to restore/reinstall "special" buttons on custom form?

Hi:

I am working on a custom form created by someone else. On the "General"
page, they have removed the "special" buttons that assist in the data entry
of, for example, a business address.

I realize that these aren't normal controls. Is there any way, however, to
restore them to the General page of a custom form once they have been
removed?

Or do I start totally from scratch...

Never mind.. Copy/Paste didn't seem to work, but when i had the standard
form and my custom form open simultaneously, I could copy/drag the button to
my custom form.. and it worked! Yay!
