Possible to get command line which was sent to outlook?

Hi,
When user double click on a VCF file i want my add in to
Detect which file was opened in order to udpate the file,and not the contact
folder
Is it possible to get the command line which was sent to outlook?

OK,I forgot there is an API GetCommandLine to get the process command line
I am using it and it work fine
