Possible to create this rule?

I want a rule to do the following:

If From = "mail delivery system"
AND
To is NOT = [myemailaddress])
send to Junk E-mail folder

Is this possible? I haven't figured out how.

Try using setting the rule up like this:
All mail From "Mail Delivery System" gets moved to Junk E-mail except if To
<My Email address>

That should work
