Possible to box a calendar event for emphasis

I have been used to Calendar Creator's features which include ability to box
or not box a calendar appointment or event.

Is it possible to do this with Outlook?
 
No. Depending on the version of Outlook (which you conveniently did NOT
post) you can use distinct colors.
