Is there a hack or some way so that an XP machine can log on to a
Windows domain, but all accounts that log on to the machine share the
same profile folder under C:\Documents and settings (essentially all
sharing the same desktop, favorites, mydocs, etc)?

Why not just use one generic user profile on the workstation?
