POSIX Support in Windows XP

I remember from back in the days of Windows NT that NT had a POSIX compatibility layer/library. I was wondering if Microsoft still had the old POSIX sub-system from NT on XP or if you had to order the UNIX Services for Windows to get any POSIX support.
