Positioning pictures

For an existing movie file, if I add

a picture, it gets added at the

end. In order to move it near the

front of the timeline, I have to

drag it, which can be very slow

depending on the size of the

timeline.
Is there a way to either add a

pict. at or near the beginning, or

quickly move it from the end?
 
Drag and drop, and copy and paste should work to move the picture right to
where you want it... try the Storyboard view, which might be a bit easier...

Since Aaron states...newly added
images appear at the end...it makes
me wonder if he's using Photo Story.
