Position of comments

I'd like to attach a comment to a cell in a position
different from it is normally displayed, namely top right -
I select modify comment and I can move it but this holds
only when I choose "Display comments", but I don't want it
to be always displayed, I want it to be displayed only when
I move the mouse on it and this way it is only displayed top
right of the cell
someone can help?

to see the comments only then you move with the mouse over the cell
goto 'Tools - Options - view' and check 'Comments indicators'

You can't control the position of the popup comment, only its position
when you display the comments.
