Moving comments

I'd like to attach a comment to a cell but in a different
position, not as it is displayed by default (top right). Now
if I set "Display comments" I can move the comment, but I
don't want to have this option always set, I just want to
have the comment displayed only by moving the mouse on it -
and this way the position of the comment is always the same
(top left)
someone can help?

You don't have control of where a cell comment will actually
appear the next time it comes up.
