Portal?

I want to try and set up a portal on a Frontpage Extensions host. All the
Open Source ones I've downloaded seem to have permission problems.

Can anybody advise me on what to use? I use FP 2002.

How about upgrading to FrontPage 2003 and using Microsoft SharePoint Team
Services or SharePoint Portal Server?
