'Portal Search Menu' attached to my windows

Don't know if anyone ever saw this but somehow when I was
searching the internet I somehow picked up a 'portal
search menu' and it attachs as a second toolbar to all my
windows, especially when I open Internet Explorer. I have
tried to figure out where this is coming from .. from
Start Up menu etc but not seeing it.
