Port 80 and 443

How do I allow exe's to access port 80 and 443 for
GiantAntiSpywareMain.exe
gcasDtServ.exe, etc.?

If you have a software firewall which interdicts outbound traffic, it will
have instructions for doing this kind of operation. If your software
firewall is the XP or Windows firewall in Windows XP or Windows Server 2003,
no configuration is needed, I believe--the help file notwithstanding.
