Port 530 error message

Hi,

Am using Frontpage 2003 and recently I have started receiving an error
message when trying to connect to the remote Web Site through FP.
The error message is "530 only client IP address allowed for PORT command"
and then it won't let me see the files on the remote server meaning I can't
upload anything.
I have searched through Google and Microsoft Knowledge base but cant find
anything.
Am using a Firewall but FTP ports 20-21 are open and program has always run
behind the firewall.
It seems as if the problem started after I installed IE7, but I can't be
sure about this.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Enable PASV or Passive Mode in your FTP client. To do this in Internet
Explorer for Windows, open Internet Explorer, click Tools, then Internet
Options. Click the Advanced tab. Then scroll down until you find the option
"Use Passive FTP". Check the box, click Apply, then Ok.

Dear Tom,

Thanks but this did not solve the problem. Passive FTP was already ticked in
the IE7 options.
