Porn Site passwords & Explorer

[Concerned]

I've recently made a disturbing discovery on our home
computer. There are 10s of passwords stored for various
pornographic websites in Internet Explorer. We own a mac.

Is it feasible or are there ways that passwords to sites
that have never been visited could be stored in Explorer?
Or is it possible for passwords to be stored w/o having
physically entered them?

You do not have to enter a site to receive porn or any other spam. Their are
enough robots out there to probe every single computer on the planet.
Without going in to detail, the answer to your specific question is YES and
YES they can.
I don't have a mac, but I would check out the free spy software like "Spybot
search and destroy" (free) or some other program like it for the mac, and
run it. This will find your trojans and eliminate them. Good luck...
By the way, If you should search for "trojans", that alone could get you
into a porn site.
