popups

Something managed to change my home page, which I was
able to change back again, but now I am left with
annoying popups everytime I start IE (from
searchv.com?). It is not directly related to my home
page (because it does not occur on refresh or for other
people). I have done a full virus scan with updated
Norton... anyone have suggestions??
 
Take a look at the message string in this same newsgroup
posted on August 13 at 8:00 PM. It's got a lot of
pertinent information (very detailed!).
