Popups

Hi
I keep getting a window that pops up ever10 seconds or so, with a header that reads
"http://www.system-update.net/popups/opd/popup.6.htm
Now Iread that you're supposed to go into Administrative tools in Control panel and switch off startup, and stop the service. I've done that, and this bugger keeps poping up. Can anyone help me? Thanks
