Popups appearing blank

Greetings,

I've got a PC running WP Pro, SP1 with IE 6.0.2800.1106.
Whenever IE tries to open a popup window the window
appears, but seems to hang before it can initialize
anything. It displays whatever graphics were "behind" it
when it opened. I can move this popup window, and close
it using the "X" but it never loads the page.

I've removed and re-installed IE using the Add/Remove
programs function, reset the Internet security to Low,
reinstalled the MS Virtual Machine, and tried installing
the Sun Java VM, but none of them make a bit of difference.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
