Popup windows.......

Any good advice or examples of popup data entry windows
for ASP.NET?

I'd steer clear of popup windows that offer functionality that could
otherwise be done.

Popup windows are a function of the browser not the server, so while you can
add server-side instructions to produce client-side script, it is actually
the client that does the popping.

I understand that. It's just that if you are going to post a link, it might
be better not to assume the user has a passport account. Otherwise, it just
sounds like your "pitching" passport.
