Popup Text in Word?

Is there a feature in Word that would allow me to hover my cursor over a sentence, in this case...a question that is posed in a Word document...and then have the answer to that question (possibly 2-3 sentences) popup? The behavior I'm looking for is the same that you would get by using ALT tags on the Web? HELP!! :)
 
Michele,

I have done this before using a hyperlink. Bookmark the question. Apply a
hyperlink to the text to link to the bookmark and set the hyperlink and
followed hyperlink style to mirror that of the style in use. You can use
the hyperlink screen tip feature to provide the answer.
