popup msg: accessing email addresses

Hi,

We just applied Office XP service pack 3. When I try to
start a new message in Outlook, I receive a popup message
that tells me that "A program is trying to access email
addresses that I have stored in Outlook". It is Outlook
that is trying to access this messages. Is there a way to
turn this off or will my staff and I be tortured
forever??

It's a known issue with SP3; security has been updated to more closely match
the security in Outlook 2003. You may be able to get around the problem by
either disabling Word as your e-mail editor or updating some of your
add-ins, especially virus scanners and spam filters (many major
manufacturers have already released compatible updates). See the following
