Popup message tells me that I've got junk mail

Hi
I have this weird popup now and then telling me that Outlook downloaded a
junk-mail.
I am invited to open the jun-mail folder - but it is each time empty.

What is wrong ? anything that I can/should do ?

The view = Messages
The account = POP3
